Subject, in the case of Parcel No. 2, to an existing right-of-way for a water main crossing said parcel in a southwesterly direction from said road to the golf course, substantially as said water main is shown on the map of said parcel made by Chandler, Palmer & King, dated November 10, 1976 , amended November 29, 1976 and attached hereto, said right-of-way being for the sole and exclusive benefit of the grantor, Fishers Island Water Works Corporation and any party succeeding to the rights in said water main of either of the foregoing. And subject, in the case of Parcel No. 1, to a right-of-way for an underground and underwater telephone cable as the same presently crosses Money Pond from a point on said road approximately 80 feet northerly of the beginning point in the above description of said parcel to a point on said road which is approximately at the northernmost part of the parcel, and following a curved course across said Pond which avoids the two projections of land which extend into the Pond, said right-of-way being for the sole and exclusive benefit of the grantor , Fishers Island Telephone Corporation and any party suc- ceeding to the rights in said cable of either of the foregoing. -2- RECORDED 2—RECORDED MAR 10 1977 LESTER M.
