BEGINNING at a drill hole in the walk on the Northwesterly line of Whistler Avenue,
said point being located 223. 09 feet North of a point which is 4538. 64 feet West of
ur, a monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
L� "PROS", and running thence from said avenue line North 67 degrees 13 minutes
East 46. 5 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE North 22 degrees 47 minutes 'Vest, and passing through the
center of the existing fire wall within the dwelling thereon, and through the center
of the garage thereon, 161, 55 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 13 minutes West 46. 5 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 22 degrees 47 minutes East 161. 55 feet to the D:orth-
westerly side of Whistler Ave. , at,the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO an casement to maintain the commor party wall being the East wall
of the dwelling set on the premises above described, and the West wall of the
building on the adjoining premises to the East, which premises are owned by the
grantor herein. This casement to maintain , and continue the use of this party wall
for the benefit of both parcels of land shall be in perpetuity, and each of the parties
hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns, shall have the right to maintain said
common wall and to repair the same for the use and enjoyment of the respective
parcels of land, and for the continuance of the dwellings constructed on each parcel,
and such easement and use shall be in perpetuity,
