THIS INDENTURE, made the day of
nineteen hundred and seventy-seven between
FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation

State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor , party

of Thorne Lane, Locust Valley, New York

1 WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,
in consideration of One Hundred Thirty-five Dollars
($135. 00) , lawful money of the United States paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns

BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly side
of a road at the most Southerly point of land of this
Grantee, said point being located 428 . 50 feet South of a
point which is 3626.88 feet West of a monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "CHOCOMOUNT 2, " said point also marking a point
of curve to the right whose radius is 34. 67 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is North 20 26 '
24" East and thence running Northwestwardly, following
the arc of said curve, 29 . 55 feet to a point of curve to
the right whose radius is 104 .99 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is North 510 16' 40" East;
thence Northwardly, following the arc of said curve,
77. 79 feet; thence North 3" 43' 50" East 161.60 feet to
the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence following the
meanders of said shore line on the following three
courses: South 501 38 ' 08" West 97. 29 feet, South 67"
14 ' 02" West 89 . 38 feet and South 77" 38 ' 10" West 73. 14
feet; thence South 31" 45 ' 40" East 23 . 06 feet; thence
South 580 06' 20" East 39 .97 feet to an iron pipe at a
point of curve to the right whose radius is 278 .36 feet
and the direction of whose radius at that point is South
31° 53 ' 40" West; thence Southeastwardly, following the
arc of said curve, 155.80 feet; thence South 260 02' 10"
East 38 . 68 feet to an iron pipe at said road line; thence
along said road line North 610 27 ' 40" East 114 .85 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.75 acres, more or less and being a
wedge of land located between the lots designated by this
