Lot WrrNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, being a
part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor

the "Park" lying easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean; and
R*_INNING TFIENCE Northerly following the east boundary of the said
land of the Unite; States to the southerly line of East End Road
(Sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the north-
easterly corner of lard of the United States;
TiiiilCE crossing the East End Road and the following same course as
the last to t'-e shore or West Harbor or Fishers Island South, said
lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BIGINNING at a stone monument set on the south side of a road 40
feet wide; said monument being 1577 .88 feet south of a point which
is 1246.95 feet west of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and
Ceodetic Survey Triangulation Station "lain" (which said "Nin"
monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking
the South Shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between
Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies south 45 degrees 17 minutes
26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ;

RUNNING THENCE along the south side of said road, North 83 degrees
C\2 55 minutes 20 seconds East 117 feet to a stake marking a point of
curve to the right whose radius is 112.67 feet and the direction

THENCE Northeastwardly still along the southerly side of said road
(and following the arc of a curve to . the right whose radius is
190. 47 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is

stake;
THENCE still along the southerly side of said road, North 83 degrees

or formerly of Fishers Island Development Company;
THENCE along the last mentioned land the following 3 courses and
distances:
1. South 4 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds West, 170.69 feet to a
monument;
2. South 77 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, 29.94 feet to a
stake.
3. North 4 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East, 180.55 feet to the
monument on the southerly side of a 40 foot Road at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
