by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situated

which are shown upon a certain map surveyed July, 1934 by A. G.
Finnie, and are on said map given certain numbers, said parcels
being lots designated as Lots 4A and 5A , together with all dwell-
ing houses and other buildings and improvements situated upon
said lands , together with all personal property belonging to the
Estate of Edward P. Chapman such as furniture and furnishings
situated in and upon the buildings of the tract hereby conveyed.
The said parcels of land are collectively described as follows :
Said parcels being situate on Fisher 's Island, Town of Southold,
Suffolk Co. , N. Y". , starting at a point which is the following
courses and distances from a point or marker on the northerly
side of a street known as Alpine Avenue, and on the westerly side
of a private road designated as such on said Map of Property of
Edward P. Chapman, which point is the southeasterly corner of
Lot 2A as designated upon said map, and extending thence N - 540
20 ' 45" E. the distance of eighty-six and 26/100 (86.26) feet
along the westerly side of said private road to another marker
placed as a bound; thence westerly along the southerly line of
Lot 6A , as shown upon said map, the distance of one hundered
sixteen and 99/100 (116 .99) feet to a marker and the southeast
corner of Lot 5A , as shown upon said map; thence N. 400 13 " 20". E.
the distance of sixty-nine and 10/100 (69. 1,0) feet to the southerly
line of the aforesaid private road, the point- or place of beginning.
THENCE westerly by and with the southerly line of the aforesaid
private road, the distance of fifty-three and 66/100 (53.,66)

of the lands of Edward P.Chapman the distance of one hundred
twenty-nine and 38/100 (129. 38) feet to the northerly line of
Alpine Avenue and a stone monument on the said southwesterly ,
corner of property of said Edward P. Chapman; thence along the
northerly line of Alpine Avenue the distance of fifty-four and
39/100 (54.39) feet.
THENCE northeasterly along the westerly line of Lot 3A as shown
on said map N. 440 09' 30 ' E. seventy four and 60/100 (74:60)feet more or
less to a marker the point or place of beginning.
