S. Coast Guard Parcel No. 1 (C. G.' 1) on Plan of Fort H. G. SUBJECT FURTHER to any covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights of way and agreements, if any, contained in instruments of record affecting said premises so far as the same may now be in force and of TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the foregoing described premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said GRANTEE, its successors -and assigns, forever.
