party of the first part, and CHRISTINE FARRINGTON, now residing at Bell Hill Ave.
(no #), Fishers Island, New York
party of the second part,

State of New York, more specifically bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the point of intersection of the
Easterly line or side of Bell Avenue with the Southerly line or side of Fox Ave. ,
which monument is situate 3112. 85 feet North and 2688. 81 feet West of U. S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and running thence from said
point of beginning the following two (2) courses and distances along the Southerly
line or side of Fox Avenue:
(1) South 84 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East 159, 80 feet to a monument;
(2) North 87 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East 41, 75 feet to lands of
Charles and Christine Farrington;
RUNNING THENCE the following two (2) courses and distances along said lands
of Farrington:
(1) South 16 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds West, 234. 59 feet;
(2) North 70 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, 186, 80 feet to the
Easterly line or side of Bell Hill Avenue, and;
RUNNING THENCE North 13 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East, along the
Easterly line or side of Bell Hill Avenue, /80. 26 feet to the monument set at the
point or place of BEGINNING.

503, agreement in Liber 2911 of deeds at page 549, and easements in Liber 2135
of deeds at page 415 and Liber 2135 of deeds at page 424.
Grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated April 1, 1966 i
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5946 of deeds at page 122 F
on April 25, 1966.
