Beginning at a monument on the Northwesterly line of Crescent
Avenue, said monument being located 5006 .68 feet North of a point
which is 1271. 53 feet West of another monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and
thence running North 6° 27' 50" West 125. 0 feet to a monument; thence
North 870 00' 30" East 115.03 feet to a monument; thence South 00 25'
40" West 124. 5 feet to a spike in the pavement at said Avenue line;
thence along said Avenue line South 86° 44' 40" West 100. 02 feet to
the point of beginning.

Together with an easement over and through land formerly of
Madeleine A. Renaud bounded Northerly by Crescent Avenue, Easterly
by land Formerly of Henry Guest, Southerly by land formerly of
Fishers Island Farms Inc . and Westerly by Crescent Avenue, for the
purpose of maintaining a waste line and cesspool for sewage dis-
posal. This easement being an easement running with the land.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor by John Figall
by deed recorded in Liber 7043 cp 308 in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County, New York.
