THIS INDENTURE, made the //1c;t- day of
nineteen hundred and seventy-seven between
FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of New York, with
its principal place of business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. ,
1251 Avenue of the Americas, in the City, County and
State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor, party
of the first part, and THOMAS W. CASHEL
of 1 Brook Lane East, Hartsdale, New York

in consideration of Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen
Dollars ($6615. 00) , lawful money of the United States
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,
Dist. 1000 ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon, in the Town of
Sec. 2 Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part
of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to grantor
Block 1 (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying to
the east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land
Lot 5 being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Northwesterly
line of a road 45 feet wide, said point being located
21.03 feet North of a point which is 6823.04 feet West of
a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "CHOCOMOUNT 2" and thence
running along said road line South 61" 04 ' 10" West 83. 25
feet to a point of curve to the right whose radius is
355.12 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is North 280 55' 50" West; thence Southwestwardly
along said road line, following the arc of said curve,
.196.69 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 150 57 ' 20"
East 320.63 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 54" 09'
00" East 122. 73 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 26°
02' 45" East 169.44 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1. 05 acres, more or less.
together with the appurtenances, and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;

survey may show; and
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements,
rights, grants, and declarations of record, if any, and
