Coast & Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on 'the summit. of the highest hill on Fishers Island New York about 2 1/4 miles west of the � eastern end of Fishers Island and lies south 79degrees29 minutes and 46 seconds east of north Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence westwardly along the northerly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 976 and 40/100 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is south 12 degrees 1 minute and 42 seconds east) 288 and 4/100 feet to an iron pipe; thence still along the northerly side of said road, south 61 degrees 4 minutes and 10 seconds west 15 and 48/100 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 26 degrees 2 minutes and 45 seconds West 174 and 45/100 feet to an iron pipe, thence north 54 degrees and 9 minutes west 122 and 73/100 feet to an iron pipe ; thence north 15 degrees 57 minutes and 20 seconds east 147 and 28/100 feet to an iron pipe on the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence with the meanders of said Sound, south 48 degrees and 26 minutes east 83 and 62/100 feet; north 82 degrees 52 minutes and 30 seconds east 80 and 62/100 feet; north 44 degrees 18 minutes and 40 seconds east 58 and 70/100 feet; north 11 degrees 7 minutes and 40 seconds east 62 and 17/100 feet; and north 76 degrees 20 minutes and 50 seconds east 193 and 7/100 feet to an iron pipe; and thence south 5 degrees 26 minutes and 20 seconds east, passing 2 iron pipes 367 and 6/100 feet to the monument at the place of beginning; containing approximately 2 .98 acres..'
