Subject to the provisions contained in the Indenture conveying
said right of way to the party of the first part, dated December 10,
1956, between the party of the first part and Fishers IslandEstates,
Inc.
Together also with a right of wav 15 feet in width for the use
and maintenance of another water line, the center line being des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point near the Northeasterly end of the above
described tract, said point being located 2744 . 81 feet North of a
point which is 4214. 82 feet East of said "NIN" monument and thence
running North 450 44 ' 00" East 175 feet to the shore of Treasure,
Pond.
Subject to the provisions contained in the Indenture conveying
said right of way to the party of the first part, dated April 2, „ s
1953, between the party of the first part and Fishers Island
Estates, Inc. and recorded on May 18, 1953 in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 3516 , page 447.
Subject to any existing rights for the Foracs Mid Stat-.on
located on the Southerly portion of the tract, together with the {
right to draw water from said Treasure Pond, if any.
TRACT No. 2
Beginning at a monument on the Southwesterly line of a pro-
posed road, said monument being located 2235.54 feet North of a "
point which is 3123 . 71 feet East of said "NIN" monument and thence
running South 620 05 ' 00" East 83. 65 feet to a point of curve to
the right whose radius is 341. 80" feet and the direction, of whose
radius at that point is South 270 55 ' 00" West; thence running
Southeastwardly, following the arc of said curve, 127. 00 feet;
thence South 400 47' 40" East 40. 00 feet, these last three lines'
/ running along said road line to a point near the shore of Beach
OPond; thence following the meanders of said shore line on the
following three courses: South 530 41 ' 30" West 52. 64 feet, South
\� 751 38' 30" West 129. 03 feet and South 260 081 00" West ,241. 21
feet; thence North 11P 02' 00" West 436 . 48 feet to said proposed
roadline at a point of curve to the right whose radius is 170 . 26
feet and the direction of whose radius at that noint is South 270
32' 10" East; thence Southeastwardty along said road line , follow-
ing the arc of said curve 164. 78 feet to the point of beginning.
The party of the first part is the same person as the grantee
in the deed dated 8/31/53 recorded 10/16/53 in Liber 3596 cp 79,
and the deed dated 9/15/69, recorded 9/15/69 in Liber 6623 cp 22,
and the deed dated 9/16/52, recorded 9/22/52 in Liber 3410 cp 538, <
and the deed dated 1/12/53, recorded 5/18/53 in Liber 3516 cp 461,
and the deed dated 4/2/53, recorded 5/18/53 in Liber 3516 cp 447. '
Subject to all covenants, easements, restrictions and Agree-
ments of record.
As to Tract No. 1 :
Together with whatever right of way that the party of the firs :-
