North 84 degrees 51 minutes 35 seconds East 54.98 feet to a
monument,
North 55 degrees 9 minutes 35 seconds East 159.33 feet to a

iron pipe at land now or formerly of the Rev. Arthur L. Kinsolving,
thence along said Kinsolving land, North 37 degrees 56 minutes 20

affixes her signature to this instrument evidencing her agreement
