Fisher's Island, in the 'Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL NO 1. Beginning at a point in the easterly line of the Union Free
School District No. 4 property, which point is 69 feet from a mere stone
set in the south line of Montauk Avenue at the intesection of said school
lands and land formerly of William and Julia Witt•0 thence running southerly
with the s,id school lends in a course about S. 26 20- W. 76 feet; thence
with a deflection to the west of 95 141 running southeasterly 701 to the
line of a reserved right of way 201 wide; thence, running northerly with
said right-of-way 68 feet to a point 80' south from the Montauk Avenue lmne
