G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being thirty-one hundred and sev.; enty and seven-hundredthsfeet East of a point which is five hundred and seventy-three and eighty-eight hundredths feet North of an other monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N. Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of r'Sshers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and Porty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence North twenty-nine degrees twenty-seven minutes and ten seconds East one hundred and eighty-nine and twenty-one hundredths feet to a stake; thence North eighty-nine degrees fifty minutes and ten , seconds East one hundred and fifty-two and eighty-six hundredths feet to a stake; thence South nine degrees thirty-two minutes and ten seconds West one hundred and fifty-two and seventy-nine hundredths feet to a stake set on the Nort!ierly side of another road forty feet wide; thence, aloe,^. the Sort'i rly site of said road, South eighty-three: � lix.-,�u .... ao .'.II".n NN .. _. ,t:.. Prescott a his wife, to Thomas DeC. Ruth by deed dated August 14, 1920, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in liber 1368 of deeds, at page 399; the within-named premises being the same premises as were conveyed to Mary G. Powning by the said Thomas DeC. Ruth, by deed dated October 16, 19239 recorded in the Office of the Cl,rk of Suffolk County in liber 1395 of deeds, at page 61; and which were subsequently conveyed to the parties of the first part by the said Mary G. Powning, by deed dated October 25, 1935, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in liber 1937 of deeds, at page 378; TOGETII:R with all the right, title and interest of th party of the first part in and to any easements, rights of war and any other rights and privileges in respect to these prem- ises granted by the Fis''iers Island Corporation to the prede- cessors in title of the party of the first part, and SUBJECT, HOdEVaR, to the covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements and agreements of record affecting said premises.
