TORRANCE of Country Club Road, in Waterbury aforesaid, Parties of the Second Part, W I T N E S S E T R t That the Party of the First Part, in done Sderation of a valuable aum In dollars, being lose than One Hundred Dollars, a lawful money of the United States, paid by the Parties of the Second Part, roes hereby remise, release and quit-olalm unto the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, executors and assigns I forever, all that certain piece or parcel of land. together with the buildings thereon standing, and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First Part in and to said premises, situated at Southold Township, Fishers Ialand,/County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of property now or formerly of Mary W. Torrance at a mere stone which is on the northwesterly corner of the property of Eugene L. Edwards and is on the southeasterly aide of the property of George R. Maynard, two thousand one hundred thirty-four and forty-five hundredths (2134.45) feet north and six hundred ninety-three and thirty-five hundredths (693.35) feet west of the United States Coast and Geodetic Station "PROS"; thence (1) north thirty-eight degrees, thirty-four minutes and ten seconds east, three hundred and thirty-four hundredths feet (N. 38a 34' 10" E. 300.341) along the southeasterly line of said George R. Maynard property and the southeasterly line of the Henry L. Maxwell property to a mere stone on the southwesterly side of Hedge Street at the northwesterly end of said Hedge Street; thence (2) south thirty degrees, fifty-eight minutes and twenty seconds east, one hundred elohteen and ninety hundredths feet (S. 30a 581 20 E. 118.901) to a mere stone on the south- westerly side of said Hedge Street; thence (3) south no degrees, fifty-five minutes and twenty :IE14346 "A'E .37 seconds east, sixty-six and eight hundredths feet (S. 000 551 20" E. 66.081) along the south- westerly side of said Hedge Street to a more stone; thence (4) south forty degrees, two minutes and twenty seconds weat, one hundred eighty-five end seventy-one hundredths feet (S. 40e 02, 20" W. 185.711) along the north- westerly line of the Virginia B. France property to a three-quarter (3/4) Inch galvanized iron pipe, said pipe is also the northeasterly corner of the Edyth K. Harmer property; thence (5) north fifty-nine degrees fifty-three. minutes and fifty seconds west, one hundred fifty And thirty hun- dredths feet (N. 59° 53' 50" W. 150.301) along the northeasterly line of the said Edyth K. Harmer property and the northeasterly line of Eugene L. Edwards to the point of beginning. The last above mentioned line (5) is the southwesterly side of a ten (10) foot right of way. Being the some premises conveyed to the Party of the First Part by Mary W. Torrance by deed doted October 27, 1944, end recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libor 2402 of Leede, Pages 584-586, on the 5th day of November, 1944.
