TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part in and to all easements, rights of way and
other rights and privileges appurtenant to all of the above
described premises (but subject, however, to the rights of
others in and to said easements, rights of way and other
rights and privileges) granted by the aforementioned deeds.
SUBJECT, however, to such reservations, covenants and re-
strictions as are of record, and easements for the construc-
tion, operation and mahita,ance of facilities by public or
private utility companies in so far as such reservations and
covenants and restrictions and easements are in force and
effect.
ELIZABETH COOKS BOKBRIGBT, who resides at 245 Lydecker Street
Englewood, New Jersey, the widow of Irving Wayland Bonbright,
Joins In this deed solely for the purpose of releasing any
and all right, title and Interest which the said Elisabeth
Cooke Bonbright may have in and to the premises hereby con-
veyed, arising under the last will and testament of the said
Irving Wayland Bonbright, deceased, or otherwise _
