feet northeasterly from the northeasterly line of land now or
formerly of the Grantor herein# said etonoment also being 1826.85
feet North of a point which is 3335.35 feet West of another monu-
ment marking the Iinited States uoast and Geodetic Survey Triangu-
lation Station "PROS", and
running thence North 23 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, about
15 feet to the shore line of Hay Harbor;
running thence along said shore line of Ray Harbor South 66 dog-
rose 17 minutes 20 Seconds West, 4.0 feet;
running thence South 23 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East, about
15 feet;
running thence North 66 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East, 4.0
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.001 acres, more or
less.
The party of the first part hereby relinquishes any rights of access
1 to said wharf from said land now or formerly of the party of the
first part, situated Southweaterly from said dock.
