residing at 1098 Park Avenue, New York 28, New York,

i;ITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid b;; the nart,r cf tae second part, does hereby grant and
releas^ unto the party of t'ne second part, the survivor of
them, hits or her heirs and assigns of the party of the second

ALL those lots or cartels of land, with the buildings
and improvements now or hereafter thereon, in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part
of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor
(which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying
Easterly from the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by
the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military
Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block
Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence norther
lir following the East boundary of the said land of the United
States to the soutlierly line of East End Road (sometimes
called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly
corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the
East End Road and following the same course as the last to the
shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lots or parcels of land being bounded and described
as follows:
Homesite No. 1. BEGINNING at a stone monument set on
the southeasterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monu-
ment being thirty-four and twenty-one hundredths feet South
of a point which is twenty-nine hundred and one and four-
hundredths feet West of another monument markin§ the U. S.
Cost and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station Chocomount 2"
(which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit
of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N. Y. about two and

one-quar4.er'miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island
and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and
forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers
Island Sound); and running thence North twenty-two minutes
and thirty seconds East forty-eight and seventy-one
'nundredths feet to a stake set on the Northwesterly side of
said road; thence Nort'l: twenty-two minutes and thirty seconds
East four hundred and four and forty-one hundredths feet to
the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence, with the meanders
of said Sound, Mort! eighty-two degrees fifty four minutes
and forty seconds East seventy-five and eighty-five hundred-
ths feet, South sixty-two degrees thirty-four minutes and
forty seconds East one hundred and nineteen and forty-two
hundredths feet, North eighty degrees and ten minutes East
seventy-six and twelve-hundredths feet, South fifty-seven

being twenty-two hundred and eighty-six and twenty-three
hundredths feet west of a point which is forty-eight and

the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is locate,

three hundred and eighty-four and ninety-eight hundredths
feet to a stake; thence North four degrees and one-minute
East one hundred and forty-six and sixteen hundredths
feet to a stake; thence North thirty-two degrees thirty-five
minutes and thirty seconds East two hundred and seventeen
and twenty-hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers Island
Sound; thence, with the meanders of said Sound, South
seventy-four degrees twenty-one minutes and thirty seconds 1
East fifty-one and ninety-two hundredths feet, South twenty-
