THIS IN the 2 d day of May, one
thousand nine hundred and fifty, between GEORGE A._STEIN-
MULLER and VERA M. STEIANULLER, his wife, residing at No.
117 Battin Road, Fair Haven, New Jersey, parties of the first
Ij part, and MARY J. SMALL, residing at Fisher, Island, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, party of the second

In consideration of 01;1 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.), lawful money
of the United States, and other valuable consideration, paid
by the party of the second part, do hereby grant and release

forever,
ALL that certain lot, pises or parcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being on Fishers Island, County of Suffolk and
IIIState of New York, shown and designated upon a certain map
entitled: "Map of Highland Park, Fishers Island, Suffolk
County, N.Y. 1885" and filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County at Riverhead, New York, on the 19th day of
October 1887, as Lot No. Blend part of Lot No. 22 and more
particularly bourded and described as follows: BEGINNING
at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
line or side of Equestrian avenue as shown on said map, and
the westerly line or side of Hill-Side Avenue as shown on
said map, and running thence in a southerly direction along
said westerly side of Hill-Side Avenue one hundred and five
(105) feet, thence westerly at right angles or nearly so to
the said lest line one hundred and fifteen (115) feet; to
lend of Aenry Bosch, thence in a northerly direction one

land of said Henry Bosch, to the southerly side of said Eques
