U.S. Coast Guard designated as the Watch Tower Site or
Lookout Tower Site, located on the easterly side of Res-
ervoir Roads also known as Jones Road, near the salt water
reservoir, described as follows:
THE POINT OF BEGINNING for the boundaries of this tract
of7amd is a 3/8-inch iron red FOUR AND NO TENTHS (4.01) FEET
long sunk in the ground at the point formed by the inter-
section of the diagonals of the FIFTY AND NO TENTHS-(50.0' )
FOOT egmars tract of land immediately Northwest of the Salt
Water Reservoir. The iron rod is located by the intersection
of two (2) lines projected from a THREE HUNDRED AND NO TENTHS
-(300.01) FOOT base line on the timber wharf in the Northwest

to a point SEVEN AND NO TENTHS (7.01) FM in a Westerly
direction; then turning and running THREE HUN= AND NO
TENTS$ (300.01) FART South 309 Zest on a line parailal to
the deck side of the timber wharf, establishing a THRZL
HUNDRED AND NO TENTHS-(300.01) FOOT base line. From the
point marking the Southern cad of this base line and at ae
angle of 679 301 with this base lime, project a line in a
Northeasterly direction toward the Salt lister Reservoir.
From the point of the Northern end of this base and at as
angle of 919 591 with this base line, project a line in
an easterly direction toward the Salt hater Reservoir. Tho
