INC., a Ncw York corporation, having Its principal office,
Wet 11 Enst 47th .Street, in the City, County and St.-te of New
York, hereinafter called the grantor, party of the first
pert, and TIIOUAS R. RUDEL end DURIS 1'. RULEL, his wife, both

of the United States, and other good and veluable considera-
tion pain by the parties of the second part, does hereby
grant •end release unto the parties of the, second part, their
heirs and ascigns forever,
ALL that lot, or parcel of land in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk Co:mty, Stzte of New York, being a
part of that eortioe of Fishers Island belonging to
the grantor (which portion Is hereinafter called the
^Parke) lying easterly of the following line, v1s.t
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land
owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. G.
Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract,
on the shore of Bleck Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the
extension thereof by the acquisition of additional
lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 191
end running thence northerly following the Zest bound-
ary of the said tract of Lund of the United States
(as s::me was constituted prior to such extension
thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point
is the northeasterly corner of acid tract of land of
the United States (as same was constituted prior to
such extension thereof), thence crossing the East
End Road and following the same course as the last
to the shore of west Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point (hereinafter called the
"beginning points) in the southeasterly line of the
road leading from the Fishers Island Club House to
the easterly end of Fishers Island said beginning
point being 100 feet from a point In said road mark-
ing the westerly corner of land now or formerly of
Dr. Frank Evans measured along the southeasterly line
of said road on a course south 62 degrees 38 minutes
30 seconds west (said point marking the Westerly cor-
ner of the land of said Dr. Frank Evans being 1104.03
feet south of a point which is 2131.87 feet west of
K monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Sur-
vey Triangulation Station East End 29 which East End
2 monument is located on the summit of the highest
hill east of East Harbor on Fishers Island) and from
said beginning point running south 62 degrees 38
minutes 30 seconds west slang the southeasterly line
of said road 175 feet to a point; theme running XX

thence running along remaining laud of tho grantor,
on a line parallel with the southeasterly line of
said road, north 62 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds
east 175 feet; thence running along reoinin land

108.5 feet to the point or pines of beginning= eco-
