ALL those two certain parcels of land hereinafter described as Parcel A and Parcel B, with the buildings and improvements thereon, namely, a dwelling house with attached garage, in the town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a Part of that portion of Fishers Island (sometimes called the "Park") lying Easterly of the following line, viz: BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End goad (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeaster.y corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said Parcel A being bounded end described as follows: BEGINNING at a atone monument set on the Northeasterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being seventy-eight hundred and fifty- eight and twenty five hundredths feet West of a point which is twelve hundred and fifty-six and seventy-nine hundredths feet South of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Sta- tion "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N. Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence Northwestwardlye along the Northeasterly side of said road (and follow- ing the are of a curve to the left whose radius is three hundred and fifty-four and thirty-six hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South seventy degrees twenty-six minutes and ten seconds West), one hundred and thirty-six and eight-hundredths feet to a stake; thence, still along the Northeasterly side of said road, North forty-one degrees and thirty-four minutes West Thirty-eight and thirty-seven hundredths feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is two hundred and seventy-five and fifty-four hun- dredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that _Point is North forty-eight degrees and twenty-six minutes East; thence Northwestwardly, still along the Northeasterly side of said road (and following the are of said curve), one hundred and ninety-six and seventy-seven hundredths feet to a stake; thence North seventy-nine degrees twenty-six minutes - seventy-six and edt s and twenty .....de East one hundred and four and seven ty-six hundre tithe 1 feet•to a It ske; thence South thirty-nine degrees forty-one minutes and thirty seconds East three hundred end twenty and ninety-nine hundredths feet to a Stake; and thence South fifty-six degrees rive minutes and thirty seconds West one hundred Ind seventy-three and ninety-seven hundredths feet to the place of beginning; containing one and sixteen- hundredths acres, more or less.
