in a prolongation of the above described line 400.57 feet to a mere
stone and the land now or formerly of Bartlett and Bowers. 'Then it
deflects to the right 112 degrees 23 minutes and extends along its
southwesterly side and along the land now or formerly of Bartlett
and Bowers 232.5 feet to a mere stone and an angle in said land.
Then it deflects to the right 41 degrees 33 minutes and extends
still along its southwesterly side and along the land now or formerly
of Bartlett and Bowers 131 feet to a mere stone. Then it deflects
to the right 16 degrees 40 minutes and extends on its southwesterly
side along a road 264 feet to a mere stone. Then it deflects to
