in and to that certain lot, pieta or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being upon Fisher's Island in the County of Suffolk, State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a small rock on the Chore visible at ordinary
high tide (said rock being in the southeastern corner of said lot and
35 feet from the nearest surface of a large and high rock easterly
therefrom, and also 42 feet from the nearest surface of a still
larger rock lying on the shore at high tide and northwesterly from
said point); thence northwe sterl by and along the shore of the so-called
"Western Harbor", 1 ee o e northerly face of a high rock located
16-1/2 feet from another rock in the same direction still farther on;
thence south 38-1/2 degrees west 98 feet to a point 18 feet from a

BEING the Came premises that were conveyed to George W. Roberts
(now deceased), father of Helen Roberts Ackley and George W. Roberta,
parties hereto, by Daniel D. Latham by his deed dated April 16, 1882
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 273 of
Deeds, page 439, on April 27, 1883;
EXCEPTING the land conveyed to David Torrance by deed dated
September 10, 1885 executed by George W. Roberta and Nellie A. Roberts
(parents of Helen Roberta Ackley and George W. Roberts, parties hereto);/
