East boundary of the said tract of land of the United State
(as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) t

said tract of land of the United States (as same was consti
tuted prior to such extension thereof), thence crossing the
East End Road and following the same course as the last to
the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;

BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeaste
ly aide of a road 40 feet wide, said monument being 1256.79
feet South of a point which is 7858.25 feet West of another
monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic SurveyTrian-
gulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomunt 2"
monument is located on the Summit of the highest hill on
Fishers Island, N. Y. about 2-1/4 miles West of the Eastern
end of Fishers Island and lies South 79° 29' 46" East of
North Dumpling Light In Fishers Island Sound); and running
thence North 56' 05' 30" East 173.97 feet to a stake; thenc
North 82" 54' 30" East 202.85 feet to a stake; thence South
210 43' 20" East 167.97 feet to a stake set on the Northwes
terly side of another road 40 feet wide; thence Southweet-
wardly, along the Northwesterly aide of said road (and fol-
, lowing the are of a curve to the right whose radius is 1150 35
