Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of
the said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East End
Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
Northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing
the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the
shore of Nest Harbor or Fishers Island Sound:

another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triang.lation Station "fain" (which said "sin" monument is located
near the western end of a ridge ove_-looking the south shore of Fishers
- - Island, Y. and on the highest point between Ohocomunt and Mount
Prospect and lies south forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and
twenty-six seconds east of north Eumplin€ Light in fishers Island

forty seconds east two hundred and seventy-one and ninety-six
hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence, with
the meanders of safe Hound, south fifty-five degrees forty-six

twenty seconds West; and thence northwestwardly, still along the
northeasterly aide of said road (and following the arc of said curve),
two hundred and twenty-nine and forty-four hundredths feet to the
place of beginning; containing two and two-hundredths acres, more
or less.
Said parcel being one of nineteen parcels of land heretofore
�.- conveyed by James Henry Rambo as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Fishers
Island Corporation to one George J. Bender by deed dated November
27, 1942 and recorded March 15, 1943 in Liber 2277 of Leeds at page
16 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and thereafter con-
veyed by said George J. Bender to one Mary E. Haines by deed dated
play 6, 1943 and recorded May 24, 1943 in Liber 2288 of Leeds at
page 158 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and thereafter
conveyed by said Mary :;. Haines to Franklin b1. Haines by deed dated
February 23, 1956 and recorded March 26, 1956 in Liber 4088 at page
�. 113 in the office of the Clerk.of J_Sfolk County.
