Duncan, late, of Englewood, New Jersey, party of the first part, and WILLIAM C. Duncan by Fishers Island Corp., by deed dated October 22, 1929 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on August 1, 1933, in Liber 1727 of Deeds, page 73.
