being on Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at a post set in the intersection of Durfee Street
with the highway known as Ettrick Street at the southeasterly
corner and running from said post by and along the southerly
side of the aforesaid highway and by compass north seventy-
four (74) degrees east one hundred twenty-(I20) feet to a
post; thence southerly on a line between lots number three
and four of Section XII of the Map of Lots on Fishers Island,
embracing the Highland Range between the Creat Harbor and
Atlantic Shore two hundred seventy-four feet to the north
line of Durfee Street, thence westerly by and along the
northerly line of Durfee Street, about two hundred (200)
feet to a post set at an angle in said street, thence
northerly and by compass north one and one-half (Ii) degrees
east :long the easterly line of Durfee Street one hundred
forty-two (I42) feet to the point of beginning, containing
about ane hundred (I00) square rods, be the same more or less.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the grantors -
in and to the land in the bed of Durfee Street and Ettrick I
Streets in front of or adjacent to said premises, to the
centre line thereof.
