ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and Snprovements
(thereon, in the Town of Southold, SuffolkCotmty, Stena of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the
grantor (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying
Easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the

Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly
following the Hast boundary of the said land of the United

land of the United States, thence crossing, the East End Road
and following the same course as the last to the shore of West
Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being, hounded and descrthsd as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Westerly side of a road
forty feet wide, said monument being eleven hundred and twenty-
two and sixty-six hundredths feet West of a point which is eighteen
hundred and ninety-one and forty-two hundredths feet North of an-
other monument marking, the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Tri-
angulation Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monument is located
near the Western and of a ridge overlooking the South shore of
Fishers Island and on the hiehest point between Chocomount snd
Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five degrees seventeen
minutes and twenty-six seconds Fast of North Dumpling Light in
Fishers Island Sourm): and running thence, along the westerly
aide of said road, South eivht degrees fifteen minutes and forty
seconds East thirty-two and sixty-hundredths feet to a stake
marking a point of curve to theright whose radius is eighty-
eight and eighty-five hundredths feet and the direction of whose
radium at that potnt Is South eighty-one degrees forty-four
minutes and twenty seconds West; thence southwardly, along the
westerly side of said road (and following the are. of said curve),

Sound; thence, with the meanders of said Sound, North forty-one
degrees, twenty-nine minutes and forty seconds East seventytwo
and twenty-elrht hundredths feet, and North thirty-two degrees,
seven minutes end forty seconds East, one hundred and thirty-one
and seventy-five hundredths feet to a stake; thence South fifty-
six degrees, thlrty-ftve minutes and twenty seconds East one
hundred and elchty-two and fifty-five hundredths feet to a stake;
and thence North eighty degrees, fifteen minutes and twenty seconds
East one hundrel and eighteen and fifty hundredths feet to the
