That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the

lawful anney of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs, executors, adminis-
trators and assigns, without representation or warranty, express or implied,
A certain parcel of land with building and improve-
ments thereon, situate in the Tom of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of I:ew York, containing 1.51 acres, more
or less, and being rare particularly bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the extreme -desterly corner of the
premises herein described, said point being the extreme
Northeasterly corner of the pre.dses formerly of Francis

Southwesterly along said mean high water line of long
Island Sount. 290 feet, more or leas, to a point at
property formerly belorwing to Francis W. Cole; thence
by said land formerly of Cole I!orth 34 degrees, 40
minutes Slest, 118 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
