THIS INDENTURE, made the 9th day of September,
1952, between BAY HARBOR REALTY, INC., a corporation
organised under the laws of the State of New York, having
an office at 14 East 52nd Street, New York 22, N. Y., party
of the first part, and ELINOR RIGHTER OASES, residing at

Cider Brook Road, Avon, Connecticut, party of the second
part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,
in consideration of the sun of ONE HUNDRED and 00/100 ($100.
DOLLARS, lawful money of the Uhited States, and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land with the
building and improvements thereon, situate, lying and
being at Fishers Island in the town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of Now York, more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a
private road which point is 3376.18 feet north of another
point which is 2677.54 feet west of a monument marking
the U.S. Coast 6 Geodetic Survel Triangulation Station

feet to the southerly side of another private road;
running thence along the southerly side of said last
mentioned private road, south 73 0f 50" east 98.50
feet; and running thence south 360 28+ 55" west 131.02
feet; and running thence south 330 571 45" west 54.26
feet to the northerly side of said first mentioned
private rend; and running thence along the northerly
side of first mentioned private road north 610 19'
West 72 feet to the point or place of beginning.
