of Little Hay Harbor, said line runs in a Southwesterly direction two

feet of which is a division line between lands of the party of the
first part and lands now or formerly of Mrs. M.B. Hoppes) to e
more stone; thence the line deflects to the left 90 degrees and

to the shore of Little Hay Harbor, From thin point the line follows
the shore at high water in a northwesterly direction taking in all
that portion of land which was formerly an island, and which is

30 seconds West, 79.84 feet to the northeasterly line of said
Avenue; tnence North 76 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West,
26.05 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT HOWEVER TO the following covenants and restrictions which
shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the grantee, he-
distributees or assigns:
Neither the above described premises nor any building
erected thereon, shall be used for commercial purpose or
use whatsoever, except however rental for residential
purposes.
