instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the East
boundary of the said tract of land of the United States (as acme was
constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line
of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point

States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof),
thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as

monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation

and of a ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on
the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies

stake marking a point of a curve to the right whose radius is
ninety-nine and eighty-two hundredths feet and the direction of
whose radius at th:.t point is south fifty-five degrees seven
minutes and thirty seconds east; thence northeastwardly (follow-
ing the arc of said curve) ninety-two and seventy-one hundredths

said monument being five hundred and eighteen and eighty-nine hun-
dredths feet east of a point which is nine hundred and ninety-eight
and twenty-two hundredths feet north of mother monument marking
the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nin"
(which said "Nin" monument is located near the western and of a
ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on the
highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies south
forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds east
of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence
south eighty-six degrees thirty minutes and forty seconds east one
hundred and sixty-four and forty-eight hundredths feet to a stake;
thence north fifty-five degrees and forty-seven minutes east sixty
and forty-seven hundredths feet to the shore of Island Pond; thence
with the meanders of said Pond, South sixty-eight degrees thirty-
three minutes and ten seconds east thirty and eight hundredths
feet; north seventy-six degrees fifteen minutes no fifty seconds

forty feet to a point six feet southeasterly from the southeasterly
line of a driveway; thence running north sixty-seven degrees five

ing through a point in range with the northeasterly side of a chicken

taining fifty-eight hundredths of an acre, more or less.
THE PREMISES HERESY CONVEYED being the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed made by D. Whitfield Hardy dated
December 16,1947 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on December 31,1947, in Liber 2788 of Deeds, page
265.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part in and to all land which may lie between the respective meander
lines above described and the shore line of Island Pond and in and
to the shore and the uplands and lands under water of Island Pond.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO RAVE AND TO HOLD the promises herein granted unto the party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
