Island called "The Park", situate, lying and being, on Fishers Island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, herein-
after more specifically described, said parcels being located within
that portion of Fishers Island called "The Park" and lying easterly
of the following line viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United I
States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence northerly following the Enst boundary of
the said land of the United States to the southerly line of East I
End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing
the East End Road and following the auto course as the last to the '
shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;

WTRF-1-1,47 at a stone monument set on the westerly side of a road
twenty-nine and sixty-four hundredths feet wid^, said monument being -
seventeen hundred and fifty-one and fifteen hundredth" feet South of
a point which is twelve hundred and ninety and ninety-four hundredths
feet West of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station ^Nia" (which said "Nin" monument Is lo-
cated near the westerly end of a ridge overlooking the South shore I
of Fishers Island and on the hl 7hest point between Chocomount and
Mount Prospect and lies south forty-five degrees, seventeen minutes
and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers
Island Sound); and runnln;- thence South seventy-seven degrees, seven
minutes and forty seconds East twenty-nine and ninety-four hundredths
feet to a stake met on the easterly side of said road; thence South
sixty-seven degrees, ten minutes and forty seconds East one hundred
and seventy-one and eighty-eight hundredths feet to a stake; thence
South twenty-seven degrees, ton minutes and fifty seconds West one
hundred and twenty-one and aeventy-four hundredths feet to a stake;
thence South twenty-four degrees forty-two minutes and fifty seconds
West one hundred and fifty-five and sixty-nine hundredths feet to
a stake; thence North sixty dog,rees and fifty-nine minutes West two
hundred and seven and sixty-seven hundredths feet to a stake; thence
North thirteen degrees, fifty-six minutes and ten seconds East one
hundred and ninety-two and fifty-five hundredths feet to a stake;
and thence North Sixty-two degrees and thirty-four minutes East
seventy-six and ninety-six hundredths feet to the place of beginning;
containing one and thirty-six hundreiths acres, more or less.

BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the easterly side of a road X

ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest
point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five
degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence northsardly , along
the eastarly side of said road (and following the are of a curve to
the right whose radius 1s seven hundred and fifty-three and sixty-one
hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
South elahty-seven degrees,thirteen minutes and fifty-Tout seconds east),
two hundred and forty and ninety-hundredths feet, to a stake; thence
South sixty-five degrees six minutes and twenty seconds East one hundred
and sixty-two and forty hundredths feet to a stake; thence South thirteen
degrees, ftfty-six minutes and ten seconds West one hundred and ninety-
two and fifty-five hundredths feet to a stake; thence North eighty-two
decrees, thirteen minutes and twenty seconds west one hundred and fifty-
one and ninety hundredths feet to the place of beginning; containing
eighty-one hundredths of an acre, more or less.

and on the htfheat point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies
South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-atx seconds East
of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence
South sixty-two degrees and thirty-four minutes West seventy-nix and
ninety-six hundredths feet to a stake; thence North sixty-five degrees
six minutes and twenty seconds West one hundred and sixty-two and forty
hundredths feet to a stake set on the southerly side of another road
forty (40) feat wide; thence northeastwardly along the southerly side
of said mad (following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is
seven hundred and fifty-three and sixty-one hundredths feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is South sixty-eight degrees
and fifty-five minutes East) thirteen and one one-hundredths feet to a
stake; thence nortbeastwardly still along the southerly side of said
road (and following, the are of a curve to the right whose radius In
one hundred and ninety and forty-seven hundredths feet and the di-
rection of whose radius at that point is South sixty-seven degrees,
fifty-five minutes and forty second$ East) two hundred and five and
sixty-one hundredths feet to a stake; thence still along the southerly
side of said road, North eighty-three degrees, fifty-five minutes and
twenty seconds East sixty-eight and eighty-seven hundredths feet to a
stake set at its Intersection with the westerly aide of the mad first
above mentioned; thence along the westerly side of said road, South
four degrees, forty-two minutes and ten seconds West one hundred and
seventy and sixty-nine hundredths feet to the place of beginning; con-
taining seventy-three hundredths of an acre, more or less,
