In the County of Suffolk and State of New York, shown and designated upon

New York, 188511, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County,
New York, at Riverhead on October 11, 1887, as Lot Number Twenty-two (No.2 )

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Equestrian Avenue as shown
on said map, distant one hundred and ten (110) feet westerly from the cor-
ner formed by the intersection of the southerly line or side of Equestrian
Avenue and the westerly line or side of Hillside Avenue as shown on said
map; and running thence in a southerly direction one hundred and five (105
feet, more or less, to the southerly bounds of Lot No, 21, at a point One
hundred and fifteen (115) feet, more or less, westerly from the westerly
aide of Hillside Avenue; thence westerly and parallel, or nearly so, to
Equestrian Avenue One hundred and twenty-two (122) feet; thence northerly

to James B. Pickett on October 18, 1948 and recorded In Suffolk County
Clerk's office on January 10, 1949 in Liber 2911 at Page 581.
Together with all the right, title and interest granted to James B.

conditions therein expressed.
Being a portion of the premises heretofore conveyed by James H. Lyles,)
