States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly comer
of land of the United States, thence crossing theEastEnd Road
and following thesame course as the last to the shore of West
Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;

BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Southeasterly line of the
road leading to the East End, said monument being814.63 feet

Station "Chocomount 2" and thgnce running along the Southeaster-
ly line of said road South 61 361 20" West 32.00 feet to a
stone monument; thence South 480 511 30" East 178.6 feet to a

stone monument; thence South 80 121 20" West 234.2 feet to a
stone monument; thence continuing South 80 121 20" West about
10 feet to the shore of Middle Farm Pond; thence following
the meanders of said shore line in an Easterly direction about
1100 feet; thence North 700 321 10" West about 10 feet to a
stone monument; thence continuing North 700 321 10" West 778.18
feet to the stone monument at the point of beginning, contain-
