point which Is 890.53 feet west of another monument marking the

thence running north 46 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds west 192.42
feet to another monument, abutting southwesterly on Oriental
Avenue; thence north 44 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds east 414.95

formerly of John McHugh; thence continuing north 44 degrees 14
minutes 30 seconds east 136.41 feet to another monument, abutting
northwesterly on remaining land of this Grantor; thence south 19

south 6 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds east 184.97 feet to another
monument, these last two lines abutting northeasterly on Montauk

feet to the point of beginning, this last line abutting south-
easterly on the Cloturing, containing 3.11 acres, more or lass.

center line of which right of way is specifically described as follows:
