JOLY of Fishers Islead, County of Suffolk, State of New York, 8, V � A for the consideration ot One Dollar and other valuable considerations w 7 u w a`c received to my hull mtidution of CHARLES AMADORE JOLY of said Fishers Island New York do remise, release, and forever QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Charles Amadore Joly, his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,claim and demand whatsoever m I the mid releasor, have or ought to have in or to all that tract or parcel of land on Fishers Island, situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at its southeast corner at a point in the north line of Avenue B, and the southwest corner of Henry Chapman's lot, thence north sixteen (16) degrees east by and with said Chapman's line two hundred and thirty-five (235) feet to the southeast corner of Mrs. Julia E. Abeel's lot, thence north sixty-four and one held (64*) de- grees west with said Mrs. Julia E. Abeel's lot one hundred ninety-eight 1198) feet to its northwest corner, mentioned line one hundred and ninety-nine (199) feet to its intersection with Avenue R.; thence lout fifty and one-quarter (50x) degrees east and coinciding with the north line of Avenue Be one hundred and nine (109) feet to an angle; thence southeasterly and in the line of the street one hundred (100) feet to the point of departure. Said boundary lines enclose one acre. Being the same premises conveyed by Edward Y. Chapman and Elizabeth A. Chapman of Fisher's Island, County of Suffolk, State of New York to Ella S. Boland, of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, and recorded in the clerk's office in Liber 1187 of deeds, page 492, o the 14th day of May, 1926, at 8 o'clock SO minutes A.M. and examined. And the said ELLA S. BOLAND being thus seized, departed this life December 23, 1943 leaving her Last ''uill and Testament as follows: inpart........ ,.4500 304 "I give and be^ueath unto Stewart B. Plattenberger, of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, my real estate located at Crescent Avenue, Fisher's Ialand, absolutely........... All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate; I give, devise and bequeath unto my executrix BERTHA D. ATLEE, absolutely, provided she is living at the time of my death. In the event that the said BERTHA D. ATLEE has predeceased me, then I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto Stewart B. Plattenberger, and Robert Dickson, absolutely, share and share alike." "Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint BERTHA D. ATLEE, and Stewart B. Plattenberger, to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament and I order and direct my said executors to sell any and all real estate not subsequently devised of which I may die seized, at either public or private sale, for suchprice or prices and on much terms and consents as they may deem best and to make s good and suf- ficient deed or deeds of the conveyances thereof without any liability on the part of the purchaser or purchasers to see to the application of the purchase money." JOLY by BERTHA D. ATLEE, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of ELLA S. BOLAND, of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania on the 28th day of November 1955 and recorded April 4th 1956 in the Town Clerk's office of Suffolk County, New York in Liber 4092, pages 330, 331 and 332, reference to which may be had.
