Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the
said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road
1 (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly
corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Roadl
and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor I
or Fishers Island Sound;

forty feet wide, said monument being thirty-three and thirty-eight
hundredths feet south of a point which is seventy-three hundred and
seven and eighty-six hundredths feet west of another monument marking
the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount
2" (which said "Chocomount 211 monument is located on the summit of the
highost hill on Fishers Island, N.Y, about two and one-quarter miles
west of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies south seventy-nine
degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds east of North
Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence south
seventeen degrees thirty-one minutes and thirty seconds west thre
hundred and eighty-two and seventy-three hundredths feet to a stake;
thence north twonty-five degrees three minutes and forty seconds west

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the partlesof the
first part in and to the land under the waters of Fishers Island Sound
and in and to any land which may lie between the meander lines as set
forth in the above descriptions and the actual hip,t, water mark.
BEING the Same premises conveyed to tiie parties of the first part
by Fishers Island Corporation by deed dated the 12th day of November,
1931, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County
In Liber 1619 of Deeds at page 172 on the 28th day of November, 1931.
SUBJECT TO all of the burdens, easements, obligations and duties
imposed on the promisee herein by prior deeds of record.
