BEING the Same premises conveyed to tiie parties of the first part by Fishers Island Corporation by deed dated the 12th day of November, 1931, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County In Liber 1619 of Deeds at page 172 on the 28th day of November, 1931. SUBJECT TO all of the burdens, easements, obligations and duties imposed on the promisee herein by prior deeds of record.
