Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
Cork,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of

State or New York, more specifically bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a drill 'hole in n rock on the shore of West Harbor,
said point being 1626,53 feet north of a point which is 108.42 feet
East of a monument marking the U. S. Coast ' Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "PROS" and thence running South 170 42t West 101.9 feet; thence
South 230 111 .East 58.0 feet to a spike; thence North 340 34' East
75.0 feet to the shore of said Harbor; thence Northwesterly along said
shore line about 80 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.14
acres, more or less.
Together with a right-of-way over the existing roadway leading
Nort.horly and Northwesterly from the Gloaming to the above described
tract.
SUBJECT HOWEVEn TO.-

O:1. Any and all zoning restrictions or ordinances imposed by any Town,
County, State or Federal Governmental Agency of competent ,jurisdiction.
2. To any and all easements of rights of record, granted for the main-
tenance of any street, highway, electric power lines, telephone lines,

insofar as the same effects tie above described premises.
3. Any state of facts an accurate survey or personal inspection may
