States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the
said land of the United States to the southerly line of East Zed Head
(sosetlaee called Oriental Avenue) and which point In the northeasterly
corner of land of the United States, thence are sing the East End Head
and following the ease course as the last to She shore of West Harbor
or Fishers Island Sound; said lot or parcel of land being baymded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument Baton the southerly side of a road
forty feet wide, sold monument being eleven hundred and fifty-seven and
forty-seven hundredths feet east of a point which is three hmmdred and
twenty-four and ninety-one hundredths feet North of another monument
marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station 'East
End 2' (which said 'East End 2' monnmeat is located on the summit of
the highest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers Island, A. Y. and lies
South fifty-four minutes West of Lather Reef Light in Fishers Island
Sound); and running thence South fifty-eight degrees twenty�el= mlamtes
and forty seconds East one hundred and five and elxteen-hundredths feet
to a stake; thence South eighty-two degrees forty-seven minutes aad
forty-seoonds East two hundred and ninety-one and eighty-hundredths
feet to the shore of Block Island Sound; thence, with the meanders of
