Fishers Island Corporation to Douglass Van Dyke recorded in
Deed Liber 1311 page 596 and Deed Liber 1276 page 461 and of
a portion (1.82 acres, more or less) of the property conveyed
by Fishers Island Corporation to Fishers Island Farms, Inc . ,
by deed recroded in Deed Liber 2062 page 65 and of premises
described in deed made by Fishers Island Corporation to
Margaret J. Harrison and others recorded in Deed Liber 20c0
