valuable consideration paid by the parties of the second part,

their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of
land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
on Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and State of New York
known and designated as Plot "C" on a certain map entitled "Plan of Property on
Fishers Island, New York, formerly owned by Mrs, Martha E, Hoffort, now belong
ing to Southold Savings Bank", surveyed and drawn by Daboll & Crandall, C.E.Is
New London, Connecticut, July, 1914, and filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County, State of New York, on the 2nd day of July, 1915, as Map No, 242,
said Plot "C" being bounded Northerly by Plot "D", as laid down on said map, one
hundred, eighty-four (184) feet; Easterly by a driveway, as laid out on said map,
one hundred, thirty-six (136) feet; Southerly by Plot "B", as laid oat on said map,
about two hundred, thirty (230) feet; and Westerly by Montauk Avenue one hundred,
forty-four (144) feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors by
deed dated May 17, 1947 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
2708 of deeds at page 360.
TOGETHER with all household furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and
all other personal property of whatever kind or description now in, upon or about
the residence and other buildings on said premises except four (4) pictures, one
(1) chest, two (2) beds, one (1) night stand, one (1) lazy Susan and shingles,
