BEGINNING
:BEGINNING at a merestone on the southwest corner of Heathulie
Avenue and a branch road from Ocean View Avenue and extending
in asoutherly direction along the west side of Heathulia Avenue
a distance of 82.3 foot to an angle in the highway, then deflec-
ting to the right 1 degree 24 minutes and extending a distance
of 255 feat to another angle in the higbway deflecting 1 degree i
12 minutes to the left and extending 103,9 feat along saidhigh-
way to a mere atone, then the line deflects to the right 77 deg-
rees 43 minutes and extends in a westerly direction 165.2 feet
to a more store, then the line deflects to the right 91 degrees
and extends a distance of 3(-6.8 feet in a northwesterly direc-
tion to a me-e stone set on the south sideof a highway, then
the line deflects to the right 81 degrees 54 minutes and extends
alongSaid highway 90 feet to a mere stone, than deflecting to
the left 38 degrees 45 minutes and extendingalong highway 189.3
feetto a more stone, then the line deflects to the richt 52 deg-
rees 12 minutes and extends along hinhway 79.4 feet to a more
stone which IF the point of beginning. The above described tract
contains 2.60.acres.

party of the first part by two separate deeds from Peak L. laon-
tague and Elsie Kirkland Montague, dated November 8, 1923, re-
cord=d November 17, 1923 in Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 1087 cp 82, and deed from Sarah W. Masters, dated Jannary
31, 1924, recorded February 6, 1x24 in Suffolk C.,unty Clerk's
office in Liber 1094 cp 115.
PARCEL II:
at a merestone on the west line of Heathulia Avenue at
the Southeast corner.of Parcel I. above described, opposite the
golf erounds, and running thence westerly or southwesterly along
said Parcel I to the merestone at the southwest corner of said

Parcel I; thence continuing the same course with the south
boundary of Parcel III, hereinafter described, 30 feet to land
now or formerly of A.F. Adams; thence southerly OF southeasterly
with said land now or formerly of Adams, 226 feet more or lose,
to a merestone set for said Adams southeast corner bound; thence
easterly by and along land now or formerly of Henry Bowers and
Winifred Bartlett Shaw, 163 feet, more or less, to a stake in the
line of Heathulie Avenue; thence northerly with Heathulie Avenue
268 feet,to the merestone at the point of departure.
PARCEL III: ,
BEGINNING at the mere:.tone above described a a standing at.the
southwest corner of Parcel I. above described, and running thence
westerly along Parcel II, above described, 30 feet to land now or
formerly or A.F.Adams; thence northerly or northwesterly with lands
now or formerly of Adams and lands now or formerly of Henry Bowers
and Winifred Bartlett Shaw in a line parallel to and 30 feet dist-
ant at right angles from Parcel I, above described 398 feet, more
or less, to Ocean View Avenue; thence easterly with Ocean View.
Avenue 30 feet more or less to Parcel I, above described; thence
southeasterly with said parcel I, above described, 398.8 feet
to the merestone at the point of departure. Parcel II contains
1.05 acres, more or less and Parcel III contains .27 of an acre,
