Savingp Rank", surveyed and drawn by Daboll & Crandall, C.E., ew
London, Connecticut, July, 1914, and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 2nd day of July, 1915, as
Map amber 242, said p}mt D. according to survey made by Chandler
i Palmer, Engineers, dated January, 1958s is more particularly
bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the easterly line of Montauk
Avenue at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described;
