BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Cutler M. Godfrey by Frederick B. Bose, Jr., as County Treasurer
of Suffolk County, by deed dated January 5, 1956 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office January 5, 1956 in liber 4050 of
deeds at page 11.
Also being the same premises conveyed by Andrew R. Brown and
Bertha S. Brown to Mary Frost Matron by Deed dated June 24, 1956, and
recorded in the Office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk on
July 10, 1946 in Liber 2$92 op 32.
