ROBBINS, re- siding at Stanwich Road (no street number), Greenwich, Conn- - ecticut, party of the first part, and DORIS STOESS GODFREY, residing at Potunk lane (no street number), Westhampton Beech, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable considera- tion paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part for- ever. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Staticn "East End 2" (which said "East End 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill east of East Harbor on Fishers Island 17. Y. and lies south 54 minutes west of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island .sound); and running thence south 57 degrees, 15 minutes, 50 seconds east 212 and 92/100 feet to a stake; thence south 20 degrees, 1 minute, 20 seconds west 157 and 98/100 feet to a stake- thence north 84 degrees, 24 minutes, 10 seconds west 155 and 12/100 feet to a stake; thence north 43 degrees, 37 minutes 40 seconds west 113 and 86/100 feet to a stake; thence nort 21 degrees, 33 ngli tes, 50 seconds east 187 and 95/100 feet to a stake set on the southerly side of =.aid road; and thence along the southerly side of said Road south 77 degrees, 17 minutes, 10 seconds east 39 and 81/100 feet to the place of beginning. Being th same premises as the premises conveyed to said William M. Robbins by Norman 7vallace by deed dated January 11, 1941, and by Andrew B. Wallace, Normal Wallace and Laurens McGregor Demarest, as executors, by deed dated January 13, 1941, which deeds are recorded respectivel- ly in said County in Liber 2146 of Deeds, pages 302 and 305.
