TuIS INDENTURE made the 23rd day of Nov®ber,
1955, between CRSSTER D. HEYWOOD and RACHEL W. HEYWOOD$ his
wife, both residing at 7 Academy Street, Worcester 8
Massachusetts, the parties of the first part, and CffLER M.
GUDFhEY, residing at Potunk Lane (no street or street number),
Westhampton beach, Long Island, New York, the party of the
second part,

That the parties of the first part, in consideratiob
of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of ti,e second part, do hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the im-
provements thereon, situate, lying and being in the
Town of SoutholaI Suffolk County State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island
formerly belonging to Fishers Island Corporation
(which portion is sometimes called the "Park"),
lying easterly of the following line, viz:
