THIS INDENTURE, made the eighteenth day of August n�ths yaw
one thousand nine hundred and thirty nine, BETWEEN Frank S.
Greene, residing at 53 Granite Street in the Tam of New London.
County of New London, in the State of Connecticut, party of the
first part, and Laura Doane Greene, also residing at 53 Granite
Street in the Town of New London, County of New London, in the
State of Connecticut, party of the second part,
PfITNF.SSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, lawful money of the
United States of America, paid by the said party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
part of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever,

16' east (running parallel with the east line of thiel
tract)-four hundred and fifteen (414) feet to Crescent
Avenue, thence with the south side of said Avenue south

(837/1000) of an acre, more or less. Being the same
prenises conveyed to Marg Ann Green of the Town and County
of Hew London in the State of Connecticut, by James H.
Lyles, of the City of Brooklyn, County- of Kings, and
State of New York, Trustee, by Indenture dated October
1st 1877, arra recorded in Suffolk County Clerks Office {
in Liber 232 of Deeds, page 175. Together with
all rights and privileges, titles or fees, acquired
by the said ABry Ann-Green through Indenture or Shore
A.Rreement so-called, dated December 27th 1977, and
executed 6y the above mentioned James H. Lyles, Trustee
and which Indenture is recorded in Suffolk County Clerkle
Office in Liber 234 of Deeds Page 347.

first part, and Samuel S. Greene, residing at 224 Williams Street
in the Town of Now London, County of Now London, in the State of
Connecticut, and C. Doane Greeno,residing at 59 Calton Road in
the Tam of New Rochelle, County of Westchester, in the Stat* of
New York, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for amd in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, lawful money of the
United States of America, paid by the said parties of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all
