W I T N E S S E T H$ That the said party of-the first part, in consideration
of the sum of Two Hundred and 00/100 ($200.00) Dollara, lawful money of the
United States, paid by the said parties of the second part, doth hereby grant
and release unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever,
A L L - That piece or parcel of land situated on Fishers Island, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and descrited as
follows:
BEGIP.NING at a point on the Southerly line of Crescent Avenue which
Point marks the boundary line between the property of Eva Sears and said Fish-
ers Island Farms, Inc., which said point is located N. 4964.79 IV. 1128.44 of
United States Coast & Geodetic Triangulation Station "PROS" the line runs S.
30 15' 20" E. along the Westerly side of properties of Eva gears and said
Harry D. Guest and Lillian D. Guest, his wife, the latter having purchased
said tract of land from Eva Sears under date of December 15, 1943, a distance
of one hundred, fifty and 00/100 (150) feet to a mere stone; thence, the
line turns to the right and runs S. 860 441 40" VT. a distance of twenty and
00/100 (20) feet; thence, the line turns to the right and runs in a Northerly
direction one hundred, fifty and 00/100 (150) feet to the Southerly line of
Crescent Avenue; thence, the line turns to the right and runs N. 860 44' 40+'
a distance of twenty and 00/160 (20) feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains .068 acres, more or less.
